North Bergen stretches from the Hudson riverfront to the Palisades, with light rail, express buses and quick access to the Lincoln Tunnel. We help renters moving from New York City and the Tri-State area find apartments here. The buildings pay our fee, so you never pay a broker fee.

Advertised starting rents, prices as of November 2026:
Studios: $2,550 to $2,900
One bedrooms: $2,700 to $3,350
Two bedrooms: $3,550 to $4,100
Based on advertised starting rents at several comparable luxury communities. Figures are rounded down to the nearest $50, change often, and vary by floor, view and lease length. Rent does not include parking, pet or amenity charges. Call us for what is available today.

First, set your budget. Most renters spend about 25% of gross income on rent, and landlords often look for annual income of 40 to 50 times the monthly rent. Second, gather your documents: employment letter or pay stubs, tax returns, photo ID, previous landlord details and references. Third, plan your move-in funds: first month's rent, a security deposit, a credit check fee and any move-in fees. The apartment is not yours until the landlord countersigns the lease.

Amenities seen across comparable North Bergen communities include fitness centers, in-unit washers and dryers, doorman service, business centers, rooftop decks and elevators. Amenities vary by building, so tell us what matters most and we will match you.
